Krystallia Sakellariou

Krystallia Sakellariou (b.1977) is a Swedish visual artist and filmmaker living and working between Gothenburg, Sweden and Bogotá, Colombia. Krystallia works mainly in projects in which she merges painting, sculpture, photography and architecture into both site-specific and large-scaled interactive installations and time-based works such as stop-motion animations and videos. She was rewarded Konst i Hallands artist-in-residence grant 2014 from Sweden and will be working at Bamboo Curtain Studio for two months.
