淡北道難解塞車 雙北仍未談攏

淡水河北側平面道路（簡稱淡北道路）開發案在去年9月被台北高等行政法院判決撤銷環評，認為開發案可能破壞紅樹林生態與文化資產，目前仍由新北市政府上訴中。
