吳瑪悧的案子是能量的結合，以及夢與歷史的精華。此個案去完成一艘由太陽與風所驅動的船隻（選擇性的能源）。這艘船可以帶我們到河流上。這個旅行的功能是雙重的。這艘船可以讓我們看到河流，讓我們身歷其境，而且發現四周的環境。我們也可以夢想這條河流，夢想我們在河上划船，或思考它的生態環境以及所有跟它有關的故事。工作進行中，第一個範例將會在八里等待，白天從太陽及風將使船在夜晚發亮。

這樣的計畫需要許多人的合作，知識、技能的結合，明快的決定（行政、法律等，有關運用的規定和當代民眾的需要）。研究我們的環境狀態，研究正在消失的東西，以及甚麼是自然風景，甚麼是行動的方法，這些都是非常迫切的。

Wu Mali

The project of Wu Mali is a combination of energy, and the condensed highlight of dreams and history.  This project made a boat driven by the sun and the wind (alternatives energies).  This boat brings us to the river and this journey functions in a double way.  It let us see the river, bring us to the situation and discover the surrounding environment. We can also dream about the river, about ourselves floating on the river, or think about its ecological conditions, about all the stories related to it. Work in progress, first prototype will be waiting in Pali, lighted by night with the energy taken by sun and wind.

“This sailing is not only an invitation to the public to review the city we have built from the river, where our dreams have been given to birth, but also an invitation to return to the water, i.e. the birth of life and the origin of human civilization, and to reconsider the relationship between the both”. This project involves cooperation of a lot of people, the combination of knowledge and skills, instant decision making (administrative and law, regulations on utilization, and needs of the contemporary people) research on the condition of our environment, the disappearing things, and what is natural scenery, what is the method of action.  These are all actual needs.
