計畫內容：
由美國克里夫蘭基金會（Cleveland Foundation）資助的「Creative Fusion」國際駐村計畫，公開徵求2016-2017年間駐村藝術家。獲選者將配對進駐相關合作單位，在美生活工作、創作3個月，進行駐團聯合創作。
Cleveland為城市背景為主的駐村計畫，從2012年開始進行國際駐村，到目前為止已邀請45位以上的國際藝術家駐村，每年開放春季（三月到五月）和秋季（九月到十一月），一年有12位國際藝術家進駐，是結合社區連結的計畫。
從2013年至今，竹圍工作室推薦多位藝術家前往，接待單位皆對台灣藝術家有好感，給予極大的讚賞，台灣藝術家也從中獲取許多寶貴的經驗。
Cleveland Foundation希望邀請視覺藝術、舞蹈、音樂和劇場方面的藝術家參與計畫，藝術家本身需要具備英文能力、獨立於城市生活能力、有與孩童或青少年或與社區居民接觸的興趣或經驗、與美國藝術家連結和學習美國文化同時分享台灣文化。
基金會提供美金4,500元（三個月）生活津貼，外加機票、住宿、創作費等。
請注意：2016-2017年間，駐村期間為3個月（入選者不可中途退出或中斷駐村！）
申請者條件：
- 藝術經歷完整，包括個人簡歷和作品集（皆須準備中、英資料）。
- 相關領域藝術家、老師或指導者推薦函（中英皆可）。
- 具備流利英文溝通能力。
- 願意與年輕族群、社區互動，分享創作經驗。
- 具教學經驗者尤佳。
- 願意與美國藝術工作者聯結，學習美國文化與分享台灣文化。
申請者領域：
視覺藝術（含2D及3D、觀念藝術、多媒材、裝置藝術）、舞蹈家、編舞家、戲劇表演者、戲劇導演或音樂家為主。
申請程序：

- 作品集（中、英）
- 一封推薦信（中英皆可）
竹圍工作室將於3月20日前召開評選會，選出2位表演藝術及視覺藝術工作者，協助進行網上報名程序，送至美國進行國際海選。
