Notice
- All the prices above include water, electricity, free Wi-Fi, community kitchen, community bathroom (except the lab), café and community living area.
- All the rooms are smoke free. Smoking area are located outside the Kitchen.
- BCS offer no room services. All the rooms are clean when check in. Artist are responsible for the cleanness of their own room and share clean responsibility of the community space.
