Suporn graduated from Decorative Arts Faculty in Visual Communication Design, Silpakorn University, 1988. After years of working on the TV commercials, Suporn had the great opportunity to work with four other Thai artists to present works of art at Thai Pavilion in the 53rd Venice Biennale, Italy. Since then he started his new visions on visual anthropology, verbal history documentary, and video art.
Suporn's film was selected by several international film festival and also gained many awards. "Riddle of The Innocent World Premiere", Golden Corn Award, Iowa Independent Film and Video Festival and Best Experimental Film, L.A. International Short Film Festival (1997). "Riddle of The Innocent World Premiere", The Underground film and Video Festival, Columbia, Canada (1999). " Shades of Shadow: Saga from the Jungle, Stranger at Khun Yuam ", Runner-up, Duke Award (Best documentary) , 14th Thai Short Film and Video Festival Bangkok, Thailand(2010). XXII International Festival of Archaeological Film (3rd-8th October 2011), Rovereto, Italy (2011). Bangkok Experimental Film Festival (BEFF) 6th Raiding the Archives, Bangkok Art and Culture Centre, Bangkok, Thailand (2012). "Voices of the Spirit Cave", Runner-up, Duke Award (Best documentary) 14th Thai Short Film and Video Festival Bangkok, Thailand (2013). Suporn participated in several group shows, including Paradise Engineering, From Different (Horizons) of Rockshelter, 2 Faces Peace, Beyond Greenhouse(2008).
