Pei Hsuan Wu
Pei-Hsuan Wu, Texture Printmaking Studio founder, The Graphic Art Society of The Republic of China member, Da Shu junior high school student club teacher. Printmaking is my main medium while I pick up the expertise in intaglio and lithography. My artworks tell the story of the contradiction of mental and physical states, the repetition and complexity of printmaking, and how the printing process has affected me.
Rebekah Anne Wilhelm
Rebekah Wilhelm is a professional artist and printmaker currently working in Cleveland Ohio. She completed her Masters of Fine Arts from the University of Delaware and has her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Cleveland Institute of Art. She spent a year teaching and developing her studio practice in Philadelphia and then moved back to Cleveland where she taught as an Adjunct Professor at the Cleveland Institute of Art, Tri-C Community College as well as at the University of Notre Dame. Lee Jr-Yun
Born in Taipei, Taiwan in 1993, Jr-Yun Lee received her bachelor’s degree at Taipei National University of the Arts. She is currently studying for her master’s degree at the same institution, focusing on the art of printmaking. The majority of her art pieces are based on the indirection and communication properties of the printing medium, in an attempt to intervene it into people’s daily experience. Since Lee thrives in direct collaboration with the public, she gained rich experience in various curated exhibitions.
Mike Lombardy
Michael Lombardy is Visual Artist born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, USA with a multi disciplinary practice primarily combining site specific installation, works on paper, and upcycled clothing. He has a BFA in Printmaking from The Cleveland Institute of Art (2015) where he received the Frank N. Wilcox Award for Excellence in Printmaking.
游雅蘭 YU, YA-LAN
Yu Ya-Lan was born in 1987 in Yunlin, Taiwan. Yu obtained both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Fine Arts from the Taipei National University of the Arts in 2010 and 2014 respectively. The artist uses printmaking as a creative medium to depict inner feelings we experience everyday, but are unable to accurately express in words. Yu believes that memories and induced emotional feelings vary over time. The reason why she uses the woodcut technique is because once a cut is made, it cannot be unmade.
陳御辰 Chen Yu-Chen
With the judgments of mine, the first one will notice the eyes in the whole process. For me, I hope to respond the frustration in social relationships with the eyes contact. And how to create the abstract and fathom one into an object or interpret, is important to me on the whole creations.
Karen Beckwith
Karen D. Beckwith has been creating prints since the mid nineteen eighties and equates the process of printmaking to the investigation of places she has lived or visited, discovering layers of information from her observations. She examines the meaning of home life, the cultural dynamic of family, neighborhood, community and the secrets held within these environments.
