三月正值立春和春分，春雨綿綿、乍暖還寒，捱過寒冬的春蕉果肉緊實飽滿，口感香Ｑ，正值品嚐的最好時節，而潤餅為春分祭祀土地公的祭品，同時也是清明節的民俗小食。
