Graduating from the Pingtung Tajen University, An now specializes in driftwood sculpture installation and furniture design. His installation works can be seen at the Old East River Bridge, the Taitung Tiehua Village, Chihpen Forest Recreation Area, Jia Lu Lan, Ketegalan Cultural Center, and the Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts.
