Alecia Neo
The works of Alecia Neo are full of humanity concerns and cultural tolerance. She investigates the normal people's experience of being isolated, departing from the society, and self-growth process of being loneliness, confusion, desire and personal pursuing.
Liu Tien
During his residential in Bamboo Curtain Studio, he will focus on Eight Scenes in Danshui and discuss the topic of geographical scenery and tourist attractions, landscape- history- story- legend, the material reality and fiction, observation and imagination. He is interested in modern issues for Chinese people in different places.
Claude Aymon
Born in Marseilles in Southern France, Claude Aymon’s family emigrated from South America’s ancient French colony Guiana (Guyana). Claude Aymon learned the foundations of ballet from Eve Gonnet and Tessa Beaumont of the Paris Opera. He learned jazz dance from renowned European and American choreographers such as Milton Myers (New York), Ramon Oller (Spain), Patrice Valero, Anne-Marie Porras, and Gigi Cacciuleanu (France), among others. Though his main interests are in dancing, Claude Aymon is also an actor and musical performer.
An Junshi(Pasulange Druluan)
The Rukai Tribe aboriginal artist was born in 1983 in Haocha Village, Wutai Township, Pingtung County, Taiwan. Graduating from the Pingtung Tajen University, An now specializes in driftwood sculpture installation and furniture design. His installation works can be seen at the Old East River Bridge, the Taitung Tiehua Village, Chihpen Forest Recreation Area, Jia Lu Lan, Ketegalan Cultural Center, and the Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts.
Karen McCoy
Karen McCoy's primary work for the last two decades has been large-scale, sited environmental sculpture. McCoy focuses on the relationship between nature and culture, creating work based on extensive research into the geological, cultural, and social histories of each site. She also works in video, photography and makes drawings and prints.
