Chinnasamy Krishnaswamy

As a yoga practitioner and artist, Krishnaswamy’s works began as an extension of his yoga practice which made him aware of the vastness of the body and its limits. He tried to explore these through a visual medium, performing yoga on canvas, leaving behind imprints of his physical and mental state of mind. Following this body of work called the Kundali Rising he began to explore his own roots, what makes him the person he is and leads to certain physical and mental characteristics.

Frances Rudgard

Frances Rudgard is the Director of Programs & Operations for Cambodian Living Arts (CLA). Under her watch, CLA has also transitioned from working under a third party organisation, the Marion Institute, to becoming an independent organisation.

Irene Joy Bawer-Bimuyag

This year (2016), Irene is invited by Hakka TV (Taiwan), and will have her residency in Bamboo Curtain Studio in March and April. As her field and focusing, she would love to explore traditional textile culture, traditional music and dance, and traditional Hakka dwelling and old Taiwan community, etc, in Taiwan, as a collaboration or do cultural exchanges.
